We are taking extra precautions to help the current health situation.
Our Yoga school is known for its high standards in cleanliness. The yoga mats have always been cleaned regularly with biodegradable disinfectant. Of course we will continue to do so. The spray bottles, with which you are wiping down your mats after practice, also contain disinfectant as well as natural oils – all are anti-bacterial and serve the same purpose.
Extra measures to protect others and ourselves
- Please wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with the antibacterial soap provided, BEFORE practice.
- We will not provide any blankets and towels for the time being, so please bring your own.
- PLEASE bring your own mat if you have one.
- After practice please wipe down your own mat or the school’s mat thoroughly with the anti-bacterial spray provided.
- Please let the teacher know if you prefer not to receive adjustments.
- We won’t provide any water glasses. You can fill your water bottle from our filtered water tap.
- Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
Keep yourself healthy by boosting your immune system
- Practice more regularly
- Incorporate pranayama and meditation in your practice, which are also immune-system boosters.
- Most of our led classes will end with pranayama and meditation. They are very efficient and excellent in keeping your energy levels up, and as mentioned, your immune system functioning to its maximum.
During this time it is important to stay reasonable and calm. Practice is key!
