Join us for thoughtfully sequenced Hatha Yoga classes designed to help you find balance between effort and ease. Drawing on the principle of sthira and sukha, you’ll move with awareness, breathe deeply, and approach each posture with curiosity and care.

Each class is complete on its own while following a progressive structure that rotates through essential foundations:

  • Foundation & Alignment – Gentle movements building lower body strength and flexibility with emphasis on safe alignment and breath awareness
  • Balance & Core Stability – Postures and transitions that challenge balance and activate your centre, developing physical and mental steadiness
  • Spinal Strength & Opening – Safe spinal extension and front-body opening for improved mobility, posture, and confidence

We welcome you, whether you’re a beginner, returning to yoga practice, or if you’re interested to deepen your foundation in yoga.

Drawing on 30 years of experience across Hatha and Ashtanga traditions, Liza has created a Hatha Vinyasa Foundation Program designed as an accessible doorway into the practice. Whether you are looking for a gentler entry point to traditional Ashtanga or simply wish to explore the fundamentals of alignment and breath, Liza’s patient, knowledge-backed approach will support your journey.
