Chai was fortunate to have met his yoga teachers in 2009. It felt so good, it was simply hard for him to turn away from the practice.
Chai is trained as a Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Saraswati linage (North India). He offers a well balanced class combining both dynamic and calming practices – yoga postures, breath expansions and simple steps to meditation.
Chai has had the pleasure of practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Eileen Hall for three years and is currently studying with Angelika Knoerzer at North Sydney Yoga.
