Clearing Out Winter and Preparing for the Warmth of Summer
We’ll start by shedding the weight of winter, both physically and mentally. Through specific asanas (poses), mantras, and breathwork (pranayama), we’ll release tension and stiffness that may have accumulated over the colder months. It’s a clean slate for your body and Spirit, ensuring that you are ready to embrace the warmth and vitality of summer that lies ahead.
Enjoying the Present
With winter’s remnants cast aside, we’ll immerse ourselves in the present moment. Through guided relaxation and mindful meditation, you’ll experience a profound sense of peace and presence. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the gentle breeze on your face, and the joy of simply being alive.
