What We Will Explore
Joint Stabilization & Vinyasa Transitions
Learn how to consciously engage specific muscle groups and bandhas to stabilize your joints, prevent injury, and redirect your internal energy (prana) for deeper, more expansive expressions of each posture.
Smooth & Safe Transitions
Deconstruct the “in-between” movements. Iris will guide you step-by-step on how to move confidently, safely, and fluidly from one pose to the next without losing your breath or stability.
