WHAT IS MULA BANDHA?
The afternoon sessions will focus on:
* The relationship between Mula Bandha and Ujjayi breathing
* Understanding the use of ribcage breathing as opposed to belly breathing
* The subtle and not so subtle variations of abdominal control in various asanas, e.g., forward bends, backbends, twists and strengthening asanas, such as navasana
* Exercises and pranayamas that enhance abdominal control
