An uplifting class for those with little or no experience of Yoga. The course offers a structured Introduction to the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method through the Mysore style class. During the course you will develop and discover strength, flexibility, confidence, dynamic energy… your Self!
Suitable for pure beginner or a refresher
Two Mysore style beginners class per week on Mondays and Wednesdays for four weeks.
