The Intro to Mysore classes set you up for a beautiful ‘perfectly flowing’ day. Group sizes are small so you can enjoy individualized instruction from the teacher. You will witness fellow practitioners of different levels who will inspire you and spark your commitment.

What’s included
Two Mysore style beginner classes per week on Mondays and Wednesdays for four weeks; followed by unlimited classes for two weeks.
An uplifting class for those with little or no experience of Yoga. The course offers a structured Introduction to the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method through the Mysore style class. During the course you will develop and discover strength, flexibility, confidence, dynamic energy… your Self!
