We are inviting the North Sydney Yoga community to shake off the winter chill, step onto the mat, and commit to a powerful month of practice. Join the August Winter Yoga Challenge.
How It Works:
Set Your Goal
Choose how many practices per week you would like to commit to.
Track Your Progress: Write your weekly goal on the tracking list upstairs. Every time you finish a practice, reward yourself by placing a star next to your name!
Every Goal Counts!
Whether you choose to commit to 3 or 4 practices a week, you are making a powerful shift in your health and consistency. Every single time you step onto the mat this winter it’s clocking in your time, and we want to celebrate that dedication with you!
The Rewards

The 5-Session Goal
Commit to and complete 5 weekly practices throughout August to go into the draw to win a $50 credit voucher towards your next class pass!
The Ultimate Stretch (6 Sessions)
For those who successfully crush the ultimate challenge of 6 practices per week, you will be entered into an exclusive draw to win a Private Session with Angelika during her visit in September 2026.
