After building strength and flow through your Ashtanga practice, this is a chance to turn inward. In this two-hour session, we’ll explore the quieter, deeper side of yoga—the inner limbs that take us beyond movement into stillness. You’ll be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra, gentle pranayama, pratyahara (drawing the senses inward), and simple concentration practices of dharana. Think of it as creating space for balance: nourishing your body and mind, while opening the doorway to meditation in a natural, effortless way.
Take time for your inner journey.
