Yoga Nidra is an ancient Indian practice often called yogic sleep. Nidra means sleep. It is a guided deep relaxation meditation. The body sleeps and the mind remains awake. Yoga Nidra calms the nervous system, relaxes the body and will improve the quality of your sleep.
During these popular sessions you will practice asana for the first 55 minutes and spend the last 39 minutes of the class lying in Yoga Nidra. A perfect way to prepare for a relaxing weekend.
