Since a young age, I have been passionate about movement. Growing up in New Zealand, I was involved with water sports, snowboarding, gymnastics, swimming, surf lifesaving and dance (thanks Mum for the years of support). In 2003, I travelled to Sydney and attended my first ever yoga class (Ashtanga), I was hooked. In 2012, attending Mark Robberds Mysore intensive in Manly is when yoga and life started to intertwine. In 2013 I was introduced to Eileen Hall, and I continue to practice under her guidance as well attending annual intensives with Mark in Bali. 2018 took me to India for the first time, where I practiced with R.Sharath Jois in Rishikesh. For my teachers, I am beyond grateful for the guidance and wisdom you have shared, I wouldn’t be the student and teacher I am today.

Wanting to explore movement further, in 2017 I began learning hand-balancing with Miguel Santana. Over the years, I continue to explore and deepen my practice and was honoured to be under the guidance of Hatha Yogi, Clive Sheridan with Pranayama and Meditation at his silent retreat in Byron Bay.

My teaching journey began in 2015 training with Nicole Walsh in Sydney. Since, I have taught countless hours following the Ashtanga Yoga method including Mysore and beginner programs/workshops. My intention as a teacher is to hold space for each student to explore their potential, a space where each student can feel safe to open, be present and be challenged beyond what the mind believes possible.
