Experience the uplifting, energizing and centering effects of this beautiful practice. Breathing exercises explained in detail for everyone to be able to follow.

Practice either in the mornings or evenings or you can opt to practice both in the mornings and the evenings. Each lesson should be repeated twice until the next one is attempted. The ten classes of this course – five mornings and five evenings – span 15 days for maximum benefit.
