Your little yogi will love this fun and creative series of classes that uses play to introduce them to all the benefits of yoga. They will work on their concentration, coordination, creativity and balancing skills through a series of fun poses.

The 8 week course runs during each school term.

Course contents

  • Fun poses named after animals and common objects
  • Exploration of their body through movement
  • Develop awareness and mindfulness through learning about their own breathing
  • Poses tailored for young bodies and minds
