Experience Bogi at her best! A wonderfully invigorating, challenging if you wish, and inspiring Mini-Workshop during lockdown. Light up your day.

Two hours, exploring some of the foundational elements of muscle coordination and joint mobility; through asana based stretching, strengthening and mobilisation, which you can integrate into your own yoga asana practice.

Focusing on the base of the standing postures – the feet, core and arm strength for chaturangas and jumpthroughs and some hip opening  for the half lotus and lotus positions.

Everyone welcome, also newcomers.
