Find inner strength through the proper use of your upper body
The shoulder joint is one of the most mobile and vulnerable in the body. Our yoga practice heavily relies on the use of our upper body and its connection with our centre, with support
from the bandhas. In this workshop we will playfully explore this connection, and learn different tools to stretch and strengthen, but more-so to stabilize the shoulder joints. Their proper use will, bring increased awareness not only to the shoulders, but to the rest of your body. Over time, you will develop a wonderful lightness which you’ll experience throughout your practice.
