Rhythm weaves and underpins the fabric of all life. Within our bodies, there are basically only two rhythms that can be consciously controlled – movement and breathing – and both influence the other rhythmic systems within us.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful rhythmic dance of breath, space and motion. As we learn to consciously adapt and interweave the Ujjayi breath with the flow of movement, practice becomes a powerful healing and meditative process.


11.30am – 1.30pm: Led Primary Series 

2.00 – 4.00pm: Pranayama, Meditation & Chanting – Exploring the subtleties involved in the connection of Bandhas to the breathing process. Meditation and chanting to deepen states of relaxation.


6.45 – 8.45am: Led Primary Series
