Rhythm weaves and underpins the fabric of all life. Within our bodies, there are basically only two rhythms that can be consciously controlled – movement and breathing – and both influence the other rhythmic systems within us.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful rhythmic dance of breath, space and motion. As we learn to consciously adapt and interweave the Ujjayi breath with the flow of movement, practice becomes a powerful healing and meditative process.

Yoga Fire Appeal
We are grateful to Angelika & North Sydney Yoga for supporting us to donate 5% of this workshop to our local Bowraville Landcare and Land for Wildlife, helping the recovery and regeneration of the burnt land, forest and wildlife.
The firestorm that ripped through our little valley on November 8 was breathtaking & terrifying in its speed, devastation and aftermath. We defended our house and yoga studio and by grace, stopped it literally at the feet of the Dancing Shiva. What a symbol of life, death and transformation! Despite no rain, new life is miraculously rising from the ashes.
