WORKSHOP POSTPONED DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Due to extensive flooding, sadly we will have to postpone the Weekend Workshop with Graeme & Leonie Northfield for one week.
Graeme and Leonie aren’t able to exit their property in Nambucca valley due to flooding. Torrential rain is still pouring down, and not only blocking the bridge, which they have to cross, but also nearly flooding their yoga studio and breaking one of their damns. In the area, some residents need to evacuate as some streams and rivers in the valley are overflowing.
They have tried their very best to come to us for the weekend as they were as excited as much as we were about the workshop. But we can’t control the forces of nature.
We have to postpone the workshop to next weekend. These are the new dates for workshop

27 & 28 March

Navigating Yoga Practice in Challenging Times

Learning how to explore practice in ways that support us through limitations such as injury, pain, time restrictions, low energy, stress, anxiety, lack of motivation and other personal challenges.

Graeme will speak about strategies that enable us to maintain a regular practice when experiencing difficult times. In adapting your practice to meet life’s ever-changing circumstances, yoga becomes your best friend and teacher.
