What you will do
- Each day you will be introduced to one of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras with an explanation of its meaning and relevance to today’s life and your practice.
- With this in mind you practice Pranayama and Meditation, with the emphasis on the interpretation of the Yoga Sutra of the day.
- You walk away feeling energized, grounded, clear and centered, with a health tip for the day
