This weekend retreat will give you an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. We will encourage you to slow down and create the physical and mental space to truly relax, whilst also challenging you with the wonderfully dynamic Ashtanga Yoga practice!
Asanas, pranayama, chanting and meditation will be leaving you feeling refreshed, strengthened, positive, and rejuvenated.
We are thrilled to have the opportunity to experience a Yoga Nidra practice – deep yogic relaxation – led by our beautiful Kate. This will leave you truly chilled as well as elated.

Accommodation
The accommodation is made up of shared rooms of 4, with options for pairs to pay extra to share an ensuite as well as options for individuals to pay extra to have an ensuite to themselves. Please bring a towel, everything else is provided. You can also camp on the grounds.
Food
All food is vegetarian. Special dietary needs (gluten, dairy, etc.) can be facilitated by prior arrangement.
