Asanas or posture practice was for many of us the entry into all that is Yoga.
During these weekends we will experientially explore how Patanjali’s 8 limbs of Yoga form the foundation of our wonderful physical practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
The classes will contain a brief introduction to the 8 limbs of Yoga, followed by a posture practice with the focus on a particular aspect of the discussed.
Based on this understanding, our yoga journey can evolve and unfold to even further enhance the positive impact it already has on our lives.
