In these classes we will be practicing some basic Pranayama techniques. You will be encouraged to introduce these practices into your regular routine, and guidelines will be given as to how to incorporate them.
No prior experience in Pranayama is needed
All levels welcome!
Please note, the Ashtanga Yoga Beginners class and course will not take place on the 9th. Those who attend the beginners class are welcome to join the Pranayama class instead
