Phillippa came to yoga seeking assistance for Type 1 diabetes which she has experienced for over 30 years. After two years practice she found North Sydney Yoga and commenced her three year apprenticeship in 2011.

Between her media job and managing her health, stress is a natural part of her life. Yoga has had a profound effect and she feels it has literally changed her mind.

Phillippa’s been able to embed calmness into daily life and finds the physical benefits of daily practice immeasurable. She loves meeting new students and hearing why they choose yoga. She is particularly interested in the many ways Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga can transform us mentally, emotionally and physically and loves to pass on these benefits to her students.
