Pre-natal Classes

Our prenatal classes are exclusively for pregnant women. You can attend these classes at any stage in your pregnancy. But it is advisable to start this practice from the very beginning of your pregnancy.

Our classes focus on preparing you for birth and motherhood. We help you to create a special time in your life to connect with the changes occurring in your body. Harmonise body, heart and mind of both you and your baby.

Releasing the aches and pains of pregnancy through flowing movements and postures. Increase circulation, reduce fatigue, revitalise your body.
Learn how to relax through the practice of gentle yoga amidst other pregnant women.

Kate Hird is a Registered Nurse and Midwife with a strong commitment to assisting women in striving towards health and wellness through yoga. She is passionate about teaching, her classes are safe and taught with integrity and humour.
