Indulge in the beautiful practice of Pranayama – the control and release of the breath. Feel the empowering and cleansing effects of these ancient techniques, which have been for ever a part of the practice of Yoga.

Gain clarity, focus, and a deeper understanding of the meaning of ‘Prana’.

In these two classes we will be practicing some basic Pranayama techniques. You will be encouraged to introduce these practices into your regular routine, and guidelines will be given as to how to incorporate them.

No prior experience in Pranayama is needed; all levels welcome!
