New to Yoga

If you are completely new to yoga or would like to refresh your practice, you can join one of our ongoing
Beginner 1 Courses.
Many students choose to do several of these courses, because there is so much to learn. But equally on completion of your Beginner1 Course you might like to continue with a Beginner 2 Course or the General classes. This depends upon your progress, on which your teacher can advise you.

How to book onto a course 

We offer three different Beginner 1 Courses throughout the week to suit your different needs and life style:

Tuesday 7.45-9.00pm,
Wednesday 7.30-8.45pm, and
Saturday 11.30-12.45pm.

You can make a booking online by clicking on the course you wish to attend. Please view the next available dates of courses and the online booking form.

 

I cannot commit to a course 

If you cannot commit to a course due to regular absence or other reasons, you have a couple of different options:

Book into a course and let us know in advance that you won’t be attending one or two of the classes, and you will be able to make up the missed classes with another course class within the duration of the course.

If you do not wish to commit to a course, attend one of our General Classes. They suit the beginner, you can just drop in without calling or pre-booking.

Our General classes are on:
Tuesday and Thursday 12.30-1.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday 6.00-7.30pm
Saturday 8.00-9.25am
Sunday 9.00-10.30am
