Beautiful Govinda Valley is an ideal, peaceful place for retreat, an oasis of green with the sea at your fingertips. You will experience Govinda Valley’s spiritual kitchen that will serve healthy and delicious vegetarian food, the whole of your stay.

What

This weekend retreat will encourage you to slow down and create the physical and mental space to truly relax. We’ll be exploring what makes the AVY system so powerful, and work on refining some of the techniques of this method.

A sunrise contemplation, asanas, pranayama, chanting and meditation practices will assist you in accessing the different layers of your being, leaving you feeling refreshed, positive, and rejuvenated.

Accommodation

The accommodation is made up of shared rooms of 4, with options for pairs to pay extra to share a double room as well as options for individuals to pay extra to have a double room to themselves. Please bring a towel, everything else is provided.

Food

All food is vegetarian and free from meat, fish, eggs, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Special dietary needs (gluten, dairy, etc.) can be facilitated by prior arrangement.
