If you are completely new to yoga, would like to find out more about Ashtanga Yoga or would simply like to refine your practice, our Yoga Essentials courses are a great place to start.

You can choose from one of our weekly Yoga Essentials courses or you can choose to take our Yoga Essentials Intensives that runs twice a week in the early morning.

Yoga Essentials

Yoga Essentials is a course that runs once a week for 6 weeks, on either a Tuesday night or on Saturday. Choose one with a starting date and time to suit you.

Yoga Essentials Intensive

If you would like a more intensive introduction to yoga and experience how the Mysore Style of yoga is practiced, the Yoga Essentials Intensive is a twice a week course that runs for 4 weeks that will give you a solid foundation for your practice. Group sizes are small so students can enjoy individualised instruction from the teacher.

Tuesdays and Fridays 6.15 – 7.15am

Prefer a drop-in class rather than a course?

We have a comprehensive timetable of classes suited for all levels on offer, with daily drop-in classes.  If you choose to try our drop-in classes and are new to our school, we have an Introductory Offer of 20% off all our class cards and memberships.

What next?

After completing Yoga Essentials, you can choose to sign up to another course to consolidate the yoga techniques and practices.  Or you may choose to drop into any one of our General or Mysore classes.
